As host and user, the company grants exclusive insights into its daily work and shows, using real processes, how the digital value chain works from the first customer contact through to the economically completed project. You will experience how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with COSMO Project Construction and the digital construction site platform KENEXOS® interact along a shared construction project.
The basis of the scenario is an end-to-end construction and installation process across the entire course of the project. All steps mesh together: from estimating and awarding contracts to subcontractors in the ERP system, through the planning of work packages, materials and dates, to mobile execution on the construction site. This includes, for example, the digital site diary, task management and measurement directly on site.
All important project, performance and structural data is available end to end. It flows back automatically into invoicing and commercial controlling.
This is how you connect office and construction site end to end. Everyone involved works with the same data and benefits from an uninterrupted process chain.
What actually happens between a customer enquiry and a completed construction project? And how do you manage to use information, decisions and services across all project phases without media discontinuities?
At COSMOonsite you accompany a construction project, together with Elektro Kreutzpointner, through all the decisive phases of the value chain. At four stations you will experience how an opportunity becomes an order, how projects are prepared for the construction site, how work is documented on site and correctly invoiced in the end. Instead of individual software demos, you experience an end-to-end process as it is lived every day at Elektro Kreutzpointner.
Experience how a customer enquiry becomes a calculated quotation and finally a commissioned construction project. In this way a structured digital data basis is created even before construction starts, and it is carried through the rest of the project.
Project structure, resources, material and personnel are prepared and handed over from the office to the construction site without media discontinuities. The site manager does not start again from zero. The information from the office forms the basis of their work on the construction site.
Find out how employees record and document work, times, material requirements and site information directly on site. This makes it visible how digital processes support day-to-day site work and how information is captured where it arises.
Experience how documented work is transferred into measurements, invoices and supplementary claims, and how those responsible for the project keep track of the status of work, project progress and profitability at all times.
A construction project ends with the handover. The data created along the way remains relevant. The information from estimating, execution and documentation can also be used for maintenance, service and operation. In the afternoon we show what is already possible with this data today.
